Viagogo Sent Me Cheaper Tickets and Didn't Refund Despite My Claim
Viagogo sent me completely different seats than the ones I originally purchased. I paid four times more than what the tickets I received were actually worth. When I reached out for a refund, they refused simply because I had attended the event. Their customer service is useless, relying on copy-paste responses to deny every claim. NEVER buy tickets from Viagogo. This company operates like a worldwide scam and should be banned.

You can see the tickets I purchased, as advertised, marked in red, and the seats I actually received marked in blue. Moreover, the view was obstructed by an overhang above and a column to the right. My seats were supposed to be in the center of the stadium, but what I received was far from what I paid for.
