Viagogo Sold Me Fake Concert Tickets and Never Issued a Refund

Trusting Viagogo as a trustworthy ticket retailer, I purchased concert tickets from them but it became a nightmare. When I got to the venue, my purchased tickets were invalid hence I was turned away. Hoping for a quick fix, I immediately contacted Viagogo and turned in all asked proof within 48 hours. Still awaiting my refund, though, after more than a month has gone. All I receive from frequent follow-up is automated answers and false promises. Lack of openness and customer service by Viagogo has been absolutely frustrating. I feel duped and totally let down by what I thought to be a respectable website. I strongly advise folks to avoid Viagogo at all means since I will never use it once more.
