Viagogo Tickets Not Uploaded to Passolig and No Customer Support

My experience with Viagogo has been nothing but trouble. The tickets I purchased were supposed to be uploaded to my Passolig card, but they haven’t been uploaded, leaving me unable to use them. There is no way to reach a real person for assistance—customer service only responds via automated messages, repeating the same unhelpful information. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for a platform that handles event tickets. Viagogo, I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. Upload my tickets to my Passolig card as promised or provide a full refund. Your service is unacceptable, and I expect proper assistance without further delays.
