I’m beyond disappointed with Viagogo. I purchased two tickets through their website for the Efes vs. Panathinaikos game on May 2nd—order number 5610***36. Everything seemed fine until I got to the stadium. At the entrance, I was told the tickets had already been used and that tickets bought from third-party sites like Viagogo are not valid for entry. I was shocked and completely devastated. I had been looking forward to this match for so long, and because of Viagogo, I wasn’t even allowed inside. I wasted time, money, and energy, and ended up with nothing but frustration. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I demand a full refund of my ₺ and a public explanation. People deserve to know what they’re risking by using Viagogo.
