Viagogo Sold Fake Tickets and I Can Not Get Refund On Hotel and Travel

I bought 6 tickets from Viagogo for AZ Alkhmaar vs Galatasaray match on November 28, 2024. This match was in Amsterdam, Netherlands. That's why we went from Türkiye to Amsterdam just for this match. When we went to the stadium, we found out that these tickets were fake and we could not enter the stadium and watch the match. We bought flight tickets and arranged accommodation for this match. Therefore, all these additional expenses must be refunded to us. When we contacted Viagogo, they stated that they would not be paying and would not be responsible for these expenses. As a result, I am a complainant of Viagogo selling fake tickets and I demand that my expenses be paid urgently! Additional expenses : €1.337,64 for accommodation, ₺45.302,15 for flight tickets, €390 taxi costs with tax, €417,00 food voucher.
