Viagogo Deleted My Tickets—No Support Available

I purchased tickets for the Ajax vs. Galatasaray match through Viagogo, but with just one day left before the game, my tickets have disappeared from the system. When I contacted Ajax’s official ticketing service, they informed me that my tickets had been deleted because they were purchased from an unauthorized or illegal site.

I urgently need assistance, but Viagogo’s live support is completely unresponsive. There is no way to reach them, and I am now at risk of losing my money and missing the match.

Viagogo must resolve this issue immediately or provide a full refund. Their lack of customer support and unreliable ticketing system is completely unacceptable!
