Viagogo Fined Me for a Ticket Issue Caused by Barcelona

I've been selling my tickets through Viagogo since the beginning of the first month. I didn't have a single violation. But in the fifth month, there was a Real Madrid vs. Barcelona match on the 11th of the fifth month. I had sold the tickets, but an error occurred while ordering tickets. The mistake was made by Barcelona's website. It wasn't my fault. I canceled the sale a week before the event, and I was still fined $9,500. This is unfair, and most of the amount was deducted.
