Today, I discovered an unauthorized charge on my credit card for Guns N' Roses tickets from Viagogo.com.tr. I attempted to contact their customer service, but they have no phone number listed. I immediately canceled my credit card and plan to dispute the transaction with my bank. Shouldn’t a verification code be sent to my phone for such a purchase? How could this happen without my authorization?

Additionally, the entire website is in English, making it even harder to navigate and resolve issues. This experience is incredibly frustrating, and I demand Viagogo address this issue promptly. They need to improve their security measures and customer support to prevent unauthorized transactions like this.
