Viagogo Canceled My Fenerbahçe–Galatasaray Tickets Without Reason

Dear Viagogo Support Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my order number 5580*98**, through which I purchased two tickets for the Fenerbahçe–Galatasaray Turkish Cup match. While I was waiting for the tickets to be uploaded to my account, I received a notification that the seller had canceled the order without providing any reason.

This cancellation has completely derailed my plans, as I had organized an entire trip specifically around attending this match. I made travel arrangements and accommodations in advance—only for the tickets to be pulled at the last moment.

To make matters worse, after the cancellation, I saw that ticket prices had skyrocketed, making it impossible for me to repurchase at a comparable rate. This raises serious concerns about Viagogo’s buyer protection policies, which clearly did not work in my favor.

I demand an immediate resolution. Either provide me with tickets of equal or higher value at no additional cost, or issue a full refund and take accountability for the damage caused. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue this further through all legal and consumer protection avenues.
