I Need a Refund for My Tickets from Viagogo Due to a Medical Emergency

I’m requesting the cancellation and full refund of two tickets I purchased on Viagogo for the Fenerbahçe Beko match scheduled for June 6. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the game due to an unexpected medical situation—I'm required to stay at the hospital as a caregiver, and this makes it impossible for me to go.

I purchased both tickets through Viagogo, and under these circumstances, I believe it's only fair to receive a refund. Life happens, and when serious health-related issues arise, platforms like Viagogo should show flexibility and compassion toward their users.
