I'm writing to say how disappointed and frustrated I am with the process of applying for a visa to Belgium. On October 10, 2022, I applied for a Belgian visa and was informed by the embassy that I would be notified of the result within 15 days. However, it has now been three and a half months and I have yet to receive any confirmation of a positive or negative result. I have attempted to reach out to the embassy multiple times via email and phone, but my messages have been ignored and I have not received any response. I find this lack of communication and disregard for my inquiry to be unacceptable and unprofessional. I understand that the visa application process can take some time, but three and a half months is an excessive amount of time to wait without any form of communication or update. I request that my application be reviewed as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear and prompt response. I would also appreciate if my complaints and inquiries would be taken seriously and responded to. I would greatly appreciate any assistance and support in this matter.
