Unprofessional Behavior During VFS Global Visa Application

On September 27, 2023, I had an unsettling experience at Counter 25 while applying for a Slovenian visa. I encountered a person named M**** who was shockingly casual and unprofessional in his dealings with me. It is completely unacceptable if this is their standard practice with all customers. When assisting applicants in a professional setting, such as a visa application center, it is critical that staff members maintain a level of respect, courtesy, and efficiency. M****'s behavior not only disappointed me but also raised concerns about the impact of such people on your organization's reputation. I am convinced that M****'s employment should be terminated immediately. It is critical to address these issues as soon as possible in order to maintain your company's integrity and reputation. Unprofessional behavior like this can harm your company and negatively impact the experiences of customers like me. I am confident that you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to correct the situation.
