I Experience Missing Liquid Detergent Compartment on Vestfrost Washing Machine

I purchased a Vestfrost washing machine several years ago and have been generally satisfied with its performance. However, since the beginning, the liquid detergent compartment was missing from the package. I expected this essential part to be delivered promptly, but despite my efforts, I have not been able to obtain it.

I tried multiple times to contact the authorized service centers, but they do not answer phone calls or provide proper support. Every attempt to reach them has resulted in frustration and wasted time. It should not be this difficult to obtain a simple part like a liquid detergent dispenser, which is essential for the full functionality of the machine.

This situation has negatively affected my user experience, as I cannot properly use liquid detergent in the machine without the correct part. I kindly request that Vestfrost immediately send me the missing liquid detergent compartment and improve the responsiveness of their service network. Please address this issue promptly and fulfill your responsibility to your customers.
