I Face E07 Error and Freezing Issues on Vestfrost No Frost Fridge


Three months ago, I purchased a Vestfrost No Frost refrigerator, expecting reliable performance. Unfortunately, the product is already giving me trouble. Recently, it started displaying the E07 error code, and I have no idea how to resolve it. Alongside this technical error, I noticed that the fridge is freezing the vegetables stored inside, which is not normal behavior for a No Frost appliance.
As this is my first time using a Vestfrost product, I am extremely disappointed by this experience. A brand-new refrigerator should not show error codes or malfunction after only a few months of use. I tried reaching out for help, but I still haven't received clear guidance on how to fix this issue. This situation is causing both financial loss due to spoiled food and emotional distress due to the constant worry about the fridge’s reliability.
I kindly request that Vestfrost provide immediate technical support to resolve the E07 error and fix the over-freezing problem. If the refrigerator cannot be repaired efficiently, I expect a full replacement under warranty. Please address this malfunction urgently and restore my trust in your brand.
