Vestel Refrigerator Left Me Without Cooling for a Whole Week
On the first day of the holiday break, my 8-year-old brand-new refrigerator broke down. After the holiday, Vestel service team came and told me the motor had burned out, that they didn’t have the part in stock, and that it would arrive from the central warehouse in three to four days. But three days later, I received a message saying that the part had only just been ordered. In the hottest days of the year, during the holiday, I’ve been without a fridge for a full week, and the part has only now been shipped. It honestly feels like they’re mocking us. I chose this brand thinking the service would be fast, instead of going with other well-known brands, but it’s turning out to be a complete nightmare. Even if the product is good, it means nothing if the service is this poor.
