Vestel Has Not Delivered My S35K Vacuum Cleaner for 9 Months

Dear Vestel Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a vacuum cleaner (model: S35K) that I purchased approximately 9 months ago, but have still not received. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, I have only been told that the product is "out of stock." I have not been offered any apology, compensation, or alternative solution in all this time. This is completely unacceptable. As per consumer protection laws, if the original product cannot be supplied within a reasonable period, the company is obligated to provide an equivalent or higher model at no additional cost. Vestel’s continued delay without action is a violation of this right. I am demanding that this issue be resolved immediately — either by: Delivering the product I originally paid for, Or providing a higher model vacuum cleaner as a replacement. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and take legal action. I expect a clear response and resolution within 7 days.
