Ankamall Goktaslar Vestel Dryer Delay, Factory Mishaps Leaving Me Frustrated

We bought a dryer from Ankamall Goktaslar Vestel dealer on 16.12.2023. The product, which was sold saying it would arrive within 2-3 weeks at the latest, had not even left the factory as of 25.01.2024. During this process, we were deceived by nonsense speeches. It was forwarded to the Corum service and 10 days later, after they said they would come for the installation, we called again and this time they stated that they had not left the Manisa factory. I don't understand how they can see a product that has not been released in service. They told us in rude language that they could cancel it if we wanted, so we will go from Corum Bayat to Ankara, then go back to Corum, buy the product and wait again. If you are going to shop for local producers to develop, I would never recommend it. Koskoca Vestel should first teach business ethics to the people it franchises or employs. It shouldn't be this easy to deceive the customer.
