Versace Shoes From BRANDY'S Wore Out Quickly and Denied Replacement
I purchased a pair of Versace shoes from BRANDY'S Point Bornova in December. Within a few months, the lettering on the shoes began to fade and peel, despite not washing or mishandling them. Since I was out of town, I submitted the shoes to the Istanbul Optimum Mall store in July for inspection. After being sent for review, the shoes were returned with the explanation that it was "user error," and I was denied a replacement.
For such an expensive product, it is unacceptable for this kind of wear to occur so quickly. I strongly believe this is not a result of user error and demand a resolution. Versace, please honor your brand’s reputation and replace or repair the defective shoes immediately.
