I Can't Register My Card Info On Venmo, Process Got Stuck

keep trying to put my info in, but it keeps saying something's wrong - either the zip code or the total number. checked and re-checked a million times, but nothing works! Everyone says Venmo is so convenient, but what good is convenience if you can't even get started? I reported them to the FCA but I don’t even know if they can be hold viable. I'm leaving bad reviews everywhere until they fix their issues because it’s finances. These things should be easy not, causing trouble. Decided that no way I'm giving my bank info to an app that can't handle basic stuff like that. Am I wrong? Just a few numbers and cards, they must be thinking those are just rocket science.
