Closing Venmo Account Not A Smooth Process, Regret Downloading

Seemed like a good idea for those quick work payments, being a certified accountant and all. that app is like a maze designed by a toddler. Confusing layout, gotta download a bunch of extra stuff – not cool for someone like me who hates having a phone overloaded with apps. decided to ditch it and find something simpler. Closing the account turned into a whole other problem…. Emailed them, called them – nothing! Just dead ends and robo-responses. It's like they don't even care if you want to leave! Started as a way to make things easier, ended up giving me a migraine. The lack of customer service and the crazy hoops you gotta jump through to close an account… makes you wonder what they're even thinking.
