About three weeks ago, I used Veet Hair Removal Cream for Normal Skin. Even though I applied the product exactly as instructed, I experienced severe skin irritation that has not gone away until today. Most recently, I visited the hospital, and my doctor diagnosed me with folliculitis. I purchased the product through Trendyol (Order No: #10394780959). I had never experienced such a problem before, and there were no issues with my payment or order. Until now, I have not contacted Veet customer service. Because of this negative experience, I expect an apology first. In addition, I request that the product’s formula be reviewed and improved so it will not harm people’s skin, ensuring a safer cream. I live in Izmir and expect sensitivity from the brand regarding this matter.
