GeekVape Device Exploded and Gave Me Third Degree Burns!!
I find it hard to believe I even have to write this, but my GeekVape device literally burst on me and inflicted third-degree burns on my stomach. It was frightening. Thinking GeekVape would at least show some concern or take responsibility, I contacted them right away following the occurrence. Rather, they merely began requesting evidence—receipt, images of my burns, videos of the vape remains, images, everything. Good; I mailed it all. They now, however, demand even more evidence. They seem to be merely attempting to force me to give up rather than really tackling the issue. They refuse to own selling defective goods and their customer service is a farce. Steer clear of GeekVape at all expenses. The chance is not worth it.
