I purchased a Vaporesso Osmall vape device, and now I'm facing an annoying charging issue. Every time I plug it into charge, the blue LED flashes for a short period, then completely stops lighting up. Afterward, there’s absolutely no indicator light at all, leaving me unsure whether the device is actually charging or not. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with this issue, especially since the product isn't old. Vaporesso, I bought your brand trusting its reliability, and now I'm left guessing about something as basic as charging status. This device is currently useless to me! Please urgently clarify what's causing this blinking blue light problem and provide immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Fix it or replace it now!
