Vantage Removed My $42,000 Trading Profits Without Explanation
I am filing this complaint against Vantage Global Limited regarding the unexplained removal and non‑payment of approximately USD 42,000 in trading profits from my account registered under Vanuatu. I first funded my Vantage trading account with USD 100,000 in August 2026 while residing in South Korea. Through my trading activity, my account showed approximately USD 42,000 in realized profits. Before requesting any withdrawal, I contacted Vantage customer support three separate times via live chat and email to confirm whether both my principal and profits were available for withdrawal. On each occasion, I was clearly informed that my original deposit and my trading profits could be withdrawn. However, when I proceeded, I discovered that the approximately USD 42,000 in profits had already been removed from my account, and only my original USD 100,000 deposit was available. I was able to withdraw my principal but the disputed profits were not paid. The exact date of removal is not clear from Vantage’s side, but I can provide account screenshots and trading records that show my account history and the disappearance of the profits. Following this, I submitted a formal complaint to Vantage. In its latest response, the company claimed that my trading allegedly violated Clause 1.4(b)(v) of its Client Agreement, referring broadly to suspicious or prohibited trading activity. Despite this serious allegation, Vantage has not provided any specific trade IDs, dates, instruments, supporting evidence, or a transparent calculation that explains how and on what basis the approximately USD 42,000 in profits were removed. There is no clear, evidence‑based explanation that justifies withholding these funds. I am requesting that Vantage provide a detailed, documented explanation for the removal of my profits, including the exact trades, dates, instruments and calculations relied upon, and that it return the approximately USD 42,000 in disputed trading profits to me without further delay.
