Vantage Erases $5,800 Profit and Holds Remaining $4,826 Balance Under Arbitrage Claims

On April 16, 2026, I started trading with Vantage by depositing 1,000 units into my account, number 27129761. As a result of my transactions, I generated a profit of $5,800; however, on April 21, 2026, my entire profit was wiped out under the pretext of arbitrage, and my balance was reduced significantly.

During this process, I corresponded with the Vantage support team via email 8 times. They claim that they erased my profit because negative balance protection and other terms were violated, but they have failed to provide a concrete and satisfactory explanation. I was referred to this broker through the IB link of an individual named "Ekin Yüzbaşı" on YouTube, which is why I started trading with confidence, but I am now facing severe loss and distress as a result.

I waited in good faith for the problem to be resolved until now; however, my principal deposit and the remaining 4,826 units left from my erased profits have still not been refunded to me. I believe that my transactions were unfairly classified as arbitrage and that my profits were arbitrarily deleted.

I demand that Vantage fully refund my total balance of 4,826 units, including my unfairly erased profits and the remaining funds resulting from my trades.
