Vantage Markets Confiscates $2,000 Principal and $797 Profit Without Explanation
I invested $2,000 while trading on Vantage Markets, and by generating $797 in profit through a 1.5-lot EUR/USD trade, I reached a total balance of $2,797. When I submitted a withdrawal request on April 17, I realized that I could not access my account balance in any way and that the withdrawal was blocked.
I was told that I traded in a manner inconsistent with company policies, but no concrete explanation was provided. Despite contacting them multiple times via email, I received a vague response stating that my trades were terminated and my account was closed for "a reason they could not disclose." No rule violation was reported, nor was it explained to me which trade or circumstance formed the basis for such a decision. I have screenshots of my trades and can share them if requested.
I do not accept the deletion of both my $2,000 principal deposit and my $797 profit, nor the rejection of my withdrawal request without any valid and clear justification. I demand that Vantage Markets re-examine my account and issue a full refund of my $2,797 total balance.
