Vans Knu Skool Shoes Started Coming Apart After Just Two Months
In March, I purchased a pair of Vans Knu Skool shoes from the SuperStep store at Tuzla Marina for $97. About two months after purchasing them, in May, the shoes began to come apart. Although I was unable to take them back immediately because of my busy work schedule, I returned the shoes to the store where I purchased them in July.
The store employees were helpful and sent the product for inspection. However, the result of the inspection was the usual “customer error” response, and my claim was rejected. I absolutely do not accept the conclusion that a pair of shoes in this price range coming apart after such a short period of use should be considered the customer's fault.
I believe the problem is a manufacturing defect, and I request that Vans replace my shoes with a new pair. I ask that my complaint be addressed and that the decision be reconsidered.
