Vans Replacement Shoes Started Coming Apart After Less Than a Month

About seven months ago, I purchased a pair of Vans shoes from the In Street store at Ankara Kentpark Mall for approximately $73. After about five months of use, the sides of the shoes began to come apart. I submitted the shoes under warranty, and they were replaced with a new pair.
However, the second pair of Vans shoes I received as a warranty replacement also began coming apart on the sides in less than a month. When I sent the shoes back for another warranty evaluation, my claim was rejected with only a written statement saying that “no manufacturing defect was found,” without any specific explanation. The rejection did not state that the damage was caused by user error or identify any technical reason for the decision.
Since both pairs developed similar damage in the same area, I do not believe the second pair was subjected to a detailed or convincing inspection. I am experiencing a significant inconvenience because the replacement shoes failed again so quickly and were excluded from warranty coverage based on such a superficial explanation.
I request that the shoes be inspected again, this time through a detailed and objective evaluation. I ask that the product be recognized as defective and that the shoes be replaced free of charge or that my request for a refund be honored.
