I used Vanish Kosla Oxi Action as directed on the bottle, including the recommended settings and temperature, to pre-treat my Calvin Klein t-shirt worth ₺1400. Despite following the instructions carefully, the shirt ended up with tears and discolored white spots after washing.

I hold Vanish Kosla responsible for the damage caused to my expensive t-shirt. This level of damage is unacceptable from a product that claims to safely enhance fabric cleanliness.

I demand immediate compensation for the financial loss I’ve incurred due to this product. If my complaint is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. I expect Vanish to take responsibility and address this issue.
