I received Ban Van 185, Van 5, and Van 152 in Valorant. This happened because a keylogger infected my computer after I downloaded a mod for ETS2. Even after formatting the system, the issue wasn’t resolved, and every new account I open gets banned automatically. I had two accounts worth a total of ₺2,500, and I had just loaded ₺4,050 worth of E-pin into one of them on the same day—they were both banned. Valorant support isn’t helping; they only respond with automated messages. My computer has now been permanently banned, and I can’t access the game at all. The device itself has also become practically unusable. I invested a lot of time and money into the game, worked hard on my accounts, and now I see that the Valorant team only cares about their own interests. I’m not someone who uses cheats—I just wanted a fair gaming experience. I want them to lift the bans on my accounts.
