Valorant Account Banned Due to Van 152 Error - Request for Unban

I have never used any kind of cheating or third-party software. I only downloaded something for the game my brother was playing, and it remained open in the background while I was playing Valorant. Then, I received the Van 152 error and was banned. All my accounts were permanently suspended.
I have submitted support tickets, but no one is responding. I would be very grateful if you could help me and remove the ban. I did not intentionally violate any rules, and I promise to be more cautious in the future. Please consider my request and restore my access to the game. Thank you for your understanding.
