I have never used any kind of cheating or third-party software. I only downloaded something for the game my brother was playing, and it remained open in the background while I was playing Valorant. Then, I received the Van 152 error and was banned. All my accounts were permanently suspended.
I have submitted support tickets, but no one is responding. I would be very grateful if you could help me and remove the ban.
