I have been an active Valorant player since 2021, and on April 14, 2025, my account was permanently banned without any valid reason, even though I hadn’t played any matches that day. Around 3:00 AM, I simply logged in to check my shop offers and immediately encountered a Van 152 error. The next morning, I found that my account had been fully locked and permanently banned.
My main account is Radiant ranked and contains around ₺30,000 worth of skins and content. Upon investigating, I discovered that a separate account — one I had previously lent to a friend — was used by them for cheating. Although the cheat was activated on that separate account, Valorant's anti-cheat system wrongly penalized my hardware (HWID) and, as a result, my main account was banned when I logged in from the same device.
Important Note:
My main account was banned solely because my hardware was flagged due to a different account’s violation, not because I ever used any unauthorized programs on my main account.
Despite submitting multiple support tickets, all I received were generic, automated replies without any thorough review or clear explanation. I am urgently requesting a full manual investigation by Riot Games into my hardware ban and the circumstances surrounding it. I expect real communication with an actual support specialist, not automated messages.
After investing four years of dedication and a significant amount of money into this account, it is completely unacceptable to lose everything over a system error. I am ready to provide every necessary piece of evidence transparently. I strongly urge Riot Games to treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves and conduct a proper investigation.
