I am reaching out with deep frustration about an issue I’ve been facing in Valorant. Initially, I admit to using cheats and received a device ban (van152) as a result. I accepted the consequences and waited four months as instructed. My ban was lifted, and I started playing again on October 16. However, despite playing fairly without any cheats this time, my account was banned again with a van5 error after just two days.
If I had cheated, I would have received another device ban (van152), but this is only an account ban, which makes no sense. I am being unfairly targeted. I’ve waited four months, learned my lesson, and have not used any cheats since. I am pleading with you to review this issue and lift the ban on my account. I’ve invested significant time and money into the game, and it feels like my efforts are being wasted.
I am honestly struggling to understand this injustice. I have no other game to play, and I trusted that following the rules would let me enjoy Valorant again. Please resolve this issue and give me the chance to play fairly. I am sincerely asking for your help.
