Permanent Ban on Valorant Account Despite No Cheating - Request for Review

Despite not using any third-party software or cheats, and even not logging into the game for a while, I received a permanent ban on my Valorant account some time ago. I had invested ₺5,500 into the game. When I reached out to support, I only received automated responses. They insist that the account ban is justified and will not be lifted.
I did not expect this from a large company like Riot. It is possible that someone else accessed my account and cheated without my knowledge. Why should I be financially and emotionally affected by something I did not do? Valorant was a game I loved, and I am seeking support to resolve this issue. Thank you for your attention.
