Riot Gave Me a Valorant Hardware Ban While Using TL Launcher

Hello Riot team and fellow players,

I’ve been playing Valorant since the beta and have spent years reporting cheaters while enjoying the game from time to time. I have never used cheats in any game in my life. On my day off, I logged into Valorant and played 3–4 rounds. Meanwhile, I had Minecraft running in the background. After getting bored, I switched back to Valorant (which I had left open while playing Minecraft). I had downloaded Minecraft and played it via TL Launcher. When I exited Minecraft and returned to Valorant, TL Launcher was still open. I clicked start, entered the agent selection screen, and suddenly got disconnected from the game with an “inappropriate language” error. When I tried reopening the game, I got error VAN 152, which apparently means a hardware ban. I reported this multiple times, but all I got were automated responses. Eventually, a support agent responded, claiming I used cheats—which shocked me because I absolutely did not. Riot’s support communication and investigation process are both extremely poor. I also stream Valorant on kick.com/t-flash, creating fun content and interacting with viewers. This situation affects both me and the Valorant community negatively. You're pushing players away from the game by banning honest users like me instead of actual cheaters. I strongly urge you to lift my ban and remove the hardware restriction as soon as possible.
