I Got Banned for 1 Year in Valorant Despite Having Stable Internet and Low MS

Hello, I’m a dedicated young Valorant player, and I’ve been facing a recurring technical issue that is completely ruining my gaming experience. Although my internet shows a stable 12 MS, every time I enter a match, my ping spikes uncontrollably—often jumping to 600 or even 1000. This makes me go AFK through no fault of my own.

After first experiencing this problem, I even changed my internet provider, hoping it would fix the issue. But nothing changed. The fact that this persists even after switching ISPs proves the problem isn’t on my end—it’s clearly a server-side or technical issue with Valorant itself.

Unfortunately, my account has now been penalized multiple times because of this. I received two 1-day suspensions in the past, and just today I was stunned to find that I’ve been banned for an entire year. This is incredibly unfair. I’ve invested time, effort, and emotions into this account—it holds memories and value beyond just a game profile.

I’m asking Riot Games and Valorant Support to please take this seriously. Lift my unfair ban and investigate why these MS spikes are happening. I just want to play normally without being punished for technical faults that are out of my control.
