VakıfBank Credit Card Restructuring Request Was Denied Due to Overdue Debt
I have had difficulty paying my VakıfBank credit card debt for 2 months. When I request a restructuring, they ask for the entire debt, not just the current one I cannot pay. However, my installment cash advances are not due, there are at least 6 more months. I am already paying interest on these advances, and now they want me to collect the entire debt and pay it back in 12 months with a 5% interest rate. How logical is it to add interest on top of the interest? As a state bank, you should support your citizens in this economic crisis, but are you also a burden? I want to take out a loan from another bank and pay off my term debt, but I cannot do this because of my overdue card debt. I request that my normal term debt be restructured and that my overdue debts are not taken into account.
