I Cannot Restructure My Overdraft as a Salary Client
I am a VakıfBank customer, and due to my overdraft debt, I am unable to access my salary. I am requesting a restructuring of my debt. However, since I’m a salary account holder, they claim that interest is already being paid and therefore refuse to offer any restructuring. I’m unsure of what steps to take next. I also applied for a loan, but it was denied due to my low credit score. When I contacted customer service, they directed me to the branch. When I called the branch, they once again said that restructuring is not available for salary customers. I feel completely stuck—no loan, no restructuring, no solution. There seems to be no way out of this situation.
