U.S. Polo Assn. Lost My Package and Refuses to Refund My Money

The products I purchased from the U.S. Polo Assn. application on 07/03/2025 were delivered to Sürat Cargo, but Sürat Cargo lost the package and said they could not find it. Despite multiple attempts to contact both companies, neither the cargo company nor Polo are interested in the issue.

I could not receive my products, and they are not refunding my money. Customer service keeps giving standard responses but offers no real solution. They said it would take 15 business days to review, but I shouldn't have to wait this long for an issue caused by their negligence.

I cannot receive my products, I cannot get my money, and I cannot order the products again at the same price. Shame on such companies for their poor service and lack of responsibility.

I have never seen such a negligent and disgraceful company. They never got in touch and even informed me via email that they would refund the fee 15 days later, meaning they used my money for a month without providing any service.
