I participated in Uption’s cashback campaign for YouTube Premium, Netflix, and Spotify, but when I checked my account, I realized that the cashback I was supposed to receive was never credited. I believe many other users are facing the same issue, and this feels like a clear case of misleading customers.
I have used similar cashback systems with other brands before, and payments were processed within 15 minutes at most. However, with Uption, despite waiting for days, I still haven’t received my cashback. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of customer support.
