I have been unable to access the UPTION application on my Android phone for about a month. When I try to log in, the app tells me that I am unreachable and asks me to contact them via e‑mail. I follow this instruction and send messages, but I still do not receive a final or clear response, and the access problem continues. I entered my phone number into the system and tried again, but I encountered the same problem. I sent many messages for support, yet I did not receive any satisfactory feedback. This situation makes me think that the company has no effective customer service and creates serious hesitation for me about doing business with this bank in the future.
