Uption Customer Support Not Responding to Line Block

For approximately two months, my Türk Telekom line in Turkey has been blocked in connection with Uption, and I have been unable to use it properly.
During this time, I attempted to contact Uption by phone multiple times, but my calls have not been answered and I have not been able to receive any support. Because of this situation, I am concerned that I may be missing important messages, verification codes, or notifications related to my mobile line and my Uption account. I have no clear information about what messages or alerts I may have missed.
The fact that my line has been blocked for such a long period without any explanation, combined with the inability to reach Uption, has caused me serious inconvenience.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated, that my line be unblocked if the restriction is related to Uption, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of the reason for the block and any actions taken so far. I also request that Uption contact me as soon as possible and provide a concrete solution.
