I chose Uption because I thought it was a fast and reliable service, but I have been waiting 12 hours for my account verification despite submitting all required identity documents correctly.
I need urgent access to my funds, but the system still hasn’t approved my account. This delay has caused serious inconvenience, especially since I am waiting to receive money from abroad.
Why is this process taking so long? I trusted Uption, but this experience has left me frustrated and unable to access my own money. I demand immediate verification and access to my account—this situation is unacceptable.
