On August 3, 2025, my Uption account was blocked without any explanation or stated reason. Although there is still a balance remaining in my account, I have been unable to access it since the block. When I contacted customer support, I was simply told to wait, but no progress or update has been made even after a long period of time, and I have received no follow-up communication.
