My Uption account has been blocked for approximately four days—including three business days and one weekend day—without any reason or explanation. During this time, I have been unable to access or use the $2,333 balance in my account.
Regarding this issue, I have tried to contact the company multiple times by both phone and email, but I have received no response and have been unable to reach any authorized representative. Not only was I not informed why my account was blocked, but I have also been given no information or solution regarding the issue.
