UPS was Supposed to Come and Pick My Cargo Three Days Ago

UPS Turkey hasn't picked up the package from Karaköy for three days. There is no communication about who will pick up the cargo, and it seems the responsibility is left to the branches. They enter the status "unclaimed material" even though the items are available.
