On November 6, 2024, at 10:04 AM, I received a call from a UPS courier named O*** T***, calling from 0533491****. He informed me that delivery number 1Z1A85X76817306780 could not be completed because I was not home, so I requested that the package be delivered to my workplace instead. He agreed but said he would bring it the next day. I explained that I would be off the next day and requested the delivery be made to my home. At that point, he stated he would neither deliver the package nor make any further attempts, even saying he would cancel the order. When I informed him that a package cannot be canceled without the recipient's consent, he abruptly hung up and proceeded with the cancellation. I am filing a complaint against this individual for his unprofessional behavior, unauthorized cancellation, and disrespectful treatment.
