UPS Delivery Delay Caused Missed Trip and Disrupted Plans

I am filing a complaint against UPS for the severe inconvenience caused by my delayed package. My shipment was supposed to arrive on October 23, yet on October 25, the tracking still showed it as “out for delivery” since 9:00 AM. Despite multiple calls, no one answered, and the delivery never arrived. As a result, I missed my bus and couldn’t make full use of my vacation, which was planned around receiving this package. This delay has disrupted my plans significantly. UPS, I expect prompt action to resolve this issue and ensure that such delays are avoided in the future. Please provide an explanation and compensate for this inconvenience.
