UPS Marked My Samsung Galaxy S10 FE Tablet as Delivered to a Stranger

I paid ₺16,999 for a Samsung Galaxy S10 FE tablet order, which was shipped via UPS and is shown as delivered today. However, no delivery code was requested from me, nor was I called when the package arrived. Even though someone was at home to receive it, the system shows that my package was delivered to someone named M***, whom I do not know. My order number is 2336724243, and my tracking code is 1ZEW31326865085176. I contacted both UPS customer service regarding the issue, but I have only been delayed repeatedly without any solution provided. This was a high-value order under warranty that I urgently needed. I demand that my grievance be resolved immediately and that my product be delivered to me.
