UPS Left My Package at Door Without Supervision – Missing When I Returned Home

On October 25 around 3:30 PM, I provided a code to UPS to leave my package at the door. However, when I arrived home at 5:45 PM, the package was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, UPS customer service only operates from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays, leaving me with no options for assistance outside those hours or on weekends. I’m left without my package and unable to take any immediate action to resolve this.
